KSLV605 Capacitive Level Sensor in Bearing Cooling Pond Level Monitoring

1. Project Background

A large machinery manufacturing plant operates bearing cooling ponds for heat treatment and machining processes. Stable water level in these ponds is critical for cooling efficiency and production safety. Traditional manual measurements are delayed and cannot detect abnormal levels in real time.

The KSLV605 capacitive level sensor with display was installed to provide online real-time level monitoring and control signal output.
